Izidor Erazem Grafenauer

Izidor Erazem Grafenauer graduated from the Academy of Music in Ljubljana (prof. Andrej Grafenauer), the Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello in Venice (prof. Tiziano Bag- nati) and the Academy of Music in Zagreb (prof. Ištvan Römer). As a soloist and chamber musician on the guitar and different types of lutes he has received numerous awards home and abroad. His is equally confident in playing early music on authentic instruments, modern classical guitar, jazz and flamenco. He is a freelance musician and a lute teacher at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana.
